According to Wikipedia Netflix, Inc is an American video on demand service headquartered in Los Gatos and currently, it is one of the most popular and maybe a monopoly in this industry. I always defend freedom of speech but I do not think some series of Netflix purely made for educational or entertainment purposes. Thousands of children are currently watching Netflix.
I will try to summarize the potential dangers of these services.
1-)Promoting Homosexuality,
There is no doubt that film-makers looking for different ideas and using sexuality is a common way to attract users. Homosexuality is very new in film industry and helps to create many unique scenarios although they are injecting homosexual scenes slowly like trying to promote this activity.
2-)Family Values are out fashion now?
Depicting family as an out fashion structure which is evolving to some better open-minded relationship is also highly dangerous. I personally believe that simplifying relations is the best for our mental health and trying to normalizing open-minded relationship for the sake of more view is quite immoral.
3-)America is the most beautiful country.
There are many beautiful and unique countries among the world. Somehow in Netflix, if a student wants to go abroad, they have only one option, to the US! It is a fact that most successful universities located in the US. But also there are many great educational systems in Europe or in Asia.
In summary, I have watched many Netflix series and witnessed their tricks to attract many people. These superficial sexual tricks are demonstrating how good they are at creating softcore porn and materializing human body. Therefore, reducing the emphasis on familial values.
