Introduction<\/h2>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\nAutophagy and inflammation are two related processes that play crucial roles in the pathogenesis of various neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Neuropsychiatric disorders encompass a wide range of conditions affecting mental health and cognitive function, including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and anxiety disorders. Understanding the intricate relationship between autophagy and inflammation is vital for unraveling the underlying mechanisms contributing to these complex mental health problems. Our primary objective in undertaking this project was to develop a comprehensive book that would make a valuable contribution to the existing literature on this topic. By doing so, we sought to provide assistance and support to researchers engaged in this field of study.<\/span>

Submission Procedure<\/h2>\n

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before March 4, 2024<\/strong>, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by March 18, 2024<\/strong> about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.Full chapters are expected to be submitted by June 9, 2024<\/strong>, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at https:\/\/www.igi-global.com\/publish\/contributor-resources\/before-you-write\/ <\/a> prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.<\/p>\n

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Autophagy and Inflammation in Neuropsychological Disorders. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.<\/p>\n
