Abstract<\/h2>\nThis abstract presents a case study of a 55-year-old Turkish female residing in Turkey diagnosed with Schizophrenia (SCZ) thirteen years ago, which was later compounded by a diagnosis of bipolar disorder (BD) five years following the initial diagnosis. Notably, the patient does not have any chronic disorders. Due to agranulocytosis resulting from the discontinued use of the antipsychotic clozapine, the patient currently receives lithium treatment in a dosage of 300 mg once daily. The patient’s white blood cell (WBC) count and neutrophil levels remained stable for four years, but subsequently, the WBC count decreased to 3.8 and the absolute neutrophil count dropped to 1.7, a change that was linked to clozapine. Following the discontinuation of clozapine, his blood values returned to normal. It is also intriguing that both values deviated from the norm.<\/div>\n
