Nature Review Neuroscience-potentially predatory article posting to boost ranking

This journal is considered prestigious, but I have noticed that one author working for Nature consistently submits very brief manuscripts to enhance the journal's ranking. I am uncertain about the potential impact on their overall impact factor due to these short articles. You can find some of these short articles here. Additionally, it appears that an employee of the journal is posting these articles. I believe that Web of Science should look into this journal. it may impact ranking of the journal.
I am interested in knowing whether this is an unconventional strategy employed to enhance the ranking of journals within the Nature group.
If acceptable, other journals could consider implementing a similar tactic to enhance their visibility on Google.
impact factor of the journal:28.7
5-year Journal Impact Factor: 37.4
this profile consists of the articles of the author. I respect this person but I really dont understand whats this: ) I did not know it is so easy to publish in Nature if you work for them.
