ICD-11 PTSD and complex PTSD in Western and non-Western countries: An international survey study

Background
This project aimes to investigate describe the prevalence and associated health-related outcomes of probable ICD-11 PTSD and complex PTSD (CPTSD) among female mental health service users from around the world.
Methods
Potential participants were recruited from around the world. They were invited to complete an online survey, including the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ).
Status
A total of 995 participants provided valid responses. Of all participants, 22.7% came from Western countries (e.g., United States, United Kingdom), while 77.3% came from non-Western countries (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines). A manuscript is being prepared.
