I saw many people who scammed by this guy or group of guys but somehow facebook allows them to hang around fb. i cannot understand how they can still stay alive. they claim to sell IELTS certificate. Some of their profiles have many friends and they are very active in facebook groups. For me, it takes an hour to figure out who they are but fb does not care like it is some sort of project.
